If you are a solo agent, at this time you will have to share account details as you have in the past. Your TC would access and interact Command as if they were you.

Docusign says it can't authorize or connect to zipform, what's wrong?
You are likely receiving the error due to incorrect or mistaken username/password combinations. Most agents do not know their ZipForm username and password as the California Association of Realtors (CAR.ORG) automatically creates this for you when you create an account on CAR.org as part of a member benefit. You likely have never known and/or used the ZipForm credentials as your CAR.org username and password grants you access to the ZipForm product, however those credentials will not allow you to link to your Docusign account.
You will have to follow the steps in this VIDEO to locate and reset your ZipForm username and password, then enter those credentials into Docusign.

I noticed search data on my KW Site/App is different than what I see on the MLS, who do I contact?
While Command has a direct feed from your local MLS there at times may be errors in the data. If you notice this please submit a support ticket and provide as many of the following details; MLS listing numbers, addresses, links to the search results, differences noted and Loom video or snapshots if possible.
These details help the support team find exactly what may be causing the issue and can improve the data feed moving forward.
